Spa Shallum - Kibuye

Located in the quiet zone, it was a handy base for one night. The double room was big size with a king-size double bed, comfortable chairs, as for instance.

The room I booked was huge and nicely decorated, complete with comfortable chairs and a comfortable bed. All the staff was accommodating and amiable, they solved my issues. - the hotel was in a marvellous position not far from restaurants, markets, and ATMs.

We had an amazing trip here and would definitely recommend. Deluxe hotel, we loved the very very helpful staff and nicely decorated room. The breakfast was delicious with delicious juice, included toast and omelette. The location couldn't be more beautiful and magnificent to the islands nearby...

The location here is fantastic, being close to a private beach, a secluded cove, and the waterfront, the rooms are comfortable with clean beds.

The twin room was nicely decorated with a king-size double bed. the location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, right by the lake. - A smart museum was within a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property.

Breathtaking lake view, private beach access, friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, amazing massages and manicures.

The hotel is in a great location close to the lake and nearby attractions, restaurants, and options for bike and boat rentals.

Spa Shallum in Kibuye was a brilliant place for a two-night stay. the unit we stayed in had a comfortable king-size double bed. the location was peaceful, close to restaurants and the lakeside. It was a great way to end our weekend.

My stay at Spa Shallum was absolutely fantastic! I stayed for a few days and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is stunning, right on the edge of Lake Kivu with breathtaking views. The staff at the hotel were lovely and created a serene atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast, made to order, was delicious and the best I had during my trip. I also enjoyed a boat ride on the lake, organized by the hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The lake view was breathtaking, and the gardens were simply stunning. I also loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the place. It was the perfect getaway for Christmas.

The room facilities were a bit lacking, with no table, clothes hangers, or towel rack. the uncomfortable mattress made it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Goma International Airport, the nearest airport to Spa Shallum, might as well be called the "Spa Entrance Airport" because of its convenient proximity. I barely had time to adjust my slippers after landing before I was whisked away to this peaceful oasis.

Thin Walls.

Free parking was a lifesaver! I felt like a VIP. Oh, and the airport options were just amazing. So convenient, I had a hard time choosing which one to fly in from.

Because who needs WiFi in their room anyway? It's much more exciting to take a little stroll to reception every time I want to check my phone.

Incredible views and beautiful decor. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only two rooms, so it feels peaceful. The on-site spa is wonderful. Highly recommended.

The value for money at this hidden gem was really good. The room was lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. The location, right on Lake Kivu, was very nice, with beautiful views. The staff treated us like family, making us feel welcomed and going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.
